Minutes, agendas and reports
Committee Services administers the Council Information System (CoIns) (new window). This system is used to produce online agendas, link the reports to the agenda and finally link the decision to the report. This give you the option of tracking a decison back to the report and Committee Meeting and tracing the final decision from the agenda.
Our updated Council Information System is now availble on line. In addition a Minute Retrieval Tool has been made available to assist in the search for historic documentation with respect to Minutes and Reports prior to December 2008 please click here (new window).
