Councillor Boyle (SNP) is the Executive Portfolio Holder for Voluntary Organisations and the Chairperson for the Voluntary Organisations Policy Development and Scrutiny Panel. He is also a member of the Performance Committee, Development Control Committee, Education Executive Committee, Local Area Committee, West Lothian Leisure Advisory Committee and the Education Policy Development and Scrutiny Panel.
