Councillor Stuart Borrowman (Independent) is a member of the Local Area Committee and a member of the Social Policy, Policy Development and Scrutiny Panel. He is also a member of the Development Management Committee, West Lothian (Placing in Schools) Appeals Committee, West Lothian Council, West Lothian Council (Planning) and West Lothian Council Planning Committee.
