Councillor Robert De Bold

Councillor De Bold (SNP) is a Portfolio Holder for Environment and a Chair of the Environment Policy Development and Scrutiny panel. He is a member of the Development Control Committee, Education Executive, Council Executive, Local Area Committee and the Policy Resources Scrutiny Panel, Policy Development Scrutiny Panel and West Lothian Council.

Councillor De Bold is an elected member representative of Lothian and Borders Fire Board.  He also has appointments with outside bodies which include the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities (COSLA) Executive Group - Environment, Sustainability and Community, Local Access Forum, Standing Conference of Local Authorities in the Forth Estuary, Edinburgh and Lothian Structure Plan Joint Liaison Committee, Scottish Liaison Group on Radioactive Waste Management, West Lothian Re-Cycling Limited - Board of Management, Livingston Fairtrade Steering Group, Scottish Accident Prevention Council , National Society for Clean Air and Environmental Protection and the Local Authority Fairtrade Forum.
