Councillor Andrew Miller
He is also a member of the Education Executive Committee, Culture and Leisure Policy Development and Scrutiny Panel and the Joint Consultative group (teaching Staff).
His appointments with outside bodies include the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities (COSLA) Education, Children and Young People Executive group and the West Lothian Youth Action Project.
