Councillor Frank AndersonCouncillor Anderson (SNP) is the Executive Portfolio Holder for Services for the Community and is the Chair of Services for the Community Policy Development and Scrutiny Panel. He is also a member of the Appeals Committee, Avoidance of Disputes Committee, Council Executive, Education Executive, Local Area Committee, Audit Committee, Environment Policy Development and Scrutiny Panel, Social Policy - Policy Development and Scrutiny Panel, Joint Consultative Group and the Joint Consultative Group (Teaching Staff). He is also a member of West Lothian Council and West Lothian Licensing Board.

Councillor Anderson's council appointments to outside bodies include the Association for Public Sector Excellence, Convention of Scottish Local Authorities, COSLA's Executive Group Finance, Cosla's Executive group - Housing, Livingston Youth Trust, Westlo Housing Management, West Lothian Housing partnership, Craigsfarm Community Development Project Ltd, Open Door Accommodation Project Management Committee, Craigshill Vocational Training Project, the Lothian Electoral Joint Committee and COSLA Executive Group - Resources and Capacity.
