West Lothian Council is committed to providing you with the best service possible. We know that many residents like to receive regular updates on council services direct to their email inbox. In response to this we have set up two new services which we hope that you will find useful. You should receive your first email within 24 hours. If you don't receive it please check your 'Junk mail' box.
Sign up for the email alert service: We will aim to keep you up-to-date with regular information about the council's response to major issues such as severe weather and other service disruptions. You will only receive emails from this service during times of emergency or service disruption. The existing school Group Call system remains the main alert system for school closures.
Sign up for the eBulletin service:This is a regular news service bringing you the latest information from the council and community planning partners. Information will include updates on council services, education and leisure activities.
Sign up for Cutting Edge: This is a briefing note produced by the council for councillors and their communities. This publication has been designed to keep you up to date with events and activities in West Lothian, and at ward level, over the coming months.
