Community advice - grants
West Lothian Council has recently launched a NEW website for people living and working in West Lothian to find funding for projects and community groups.
A wide range of funding is available from a number of sources including the UK Government, the European Union and numerous charitable trusts. Many of these schemes are available to organisations in West Lothian.
To find out more about the types of funding that you and your organisation may be eligible for, or for advice about applying for funding go to West Lothian 4 Community (new window). This site enables you to search for schemes and funds available in the local area that match your organisation's profile.
The service is FREE, easy to use and once you've registered, you can do as many searches as you want. The database provides information on funding from government, charitable organisations and trusts, the lottery, local organisations and the EU.
Alongside funding information, the site also provides practical help, advice and local success stories. Click here (new window) to enter the funding site.
This project is run in partnership with Midlothian and East Lothian councils and has been part funded by LEADER.
West Lothian Council's funding newsletter, which brings together all the latest news and information about funding sources, and lists grants available to West Lothian groups is also available by clicking on the links below.
