Pre Planning Application Consultation for New Build Council Housing in West Lothian

We hosted the following public events for pre planning application consultation. Notices were placed in the Herald and Post and the West Lothian Courier to advertise these events.

• 2nd June Whitburn Community Centre for Dixon Terrace
• 15th June Newyearfield Farm Community Centre for the sites at Inveralmond and Eliburn
• 16th June Bathgate Community Centre for Little Boghead

On this site you will find proposed site layouts, house types and elevations for the four largest new build Council housing sites in West Lothian. All layouts etc are draft and may be subject to change before the planning application is submitted. There will be further opportunities to comment on the layouts and designs when the planning application is submitted, later this year.

The sites that are subject to pre planning application are:

• Livingston - Eliburn (site adjacent to Eliburn Park)
• Livingston - Site of former playing field at Inveralmond Community High School
• Bathgate - Little Boghead
• Whitburn - Dixon Terrace
