Reductions for water and waste water
There is a reduction scheme to help some people on low incomes pay their water and waste water charges. The reduction (up to 25%) helps households with two or more adults, who receive Council Tax Benefit and do not receive a Council Tax discount.
The reduction will apply automatically and will be shown in your bill. You do not need to apply for the reduction.
Remember: your instalments start from April.
