Repair and Maintenance of Your Home
Homeowners have the main responsibility for maintaining and improving their homes. The Council can help owners by providing information and advice on property repair and maintenance.

Adaptations to a Property for People with a Disability
The Council will also provide assistance to homeowners that require adaptations to their property to meet the needs of a member of their household with a disability. The purpose of the adaptions is to improve their quality of life at home. This process is outlined in the leaflet ' Disabled Adapations for Homeowners'.
