West Lothian has 14 community libraries (new window) and a shared Reference library at West Lothian College, providing a variety of services with something for everyone.  We also have two mobile libraries which will visit outlying areas of West Lothian. 

BIG BOOK SALE!!

West Lothian Libraries are holding a giant sale of adult books, children's books and DVDs to make way for new stock.

The Big Book Sale takes place on Tuesday 23rd March between 11 am and 4 pm at Strathbrock Community Centre, Main Hall, 189a West Main Street, Broxburn.

Easter Holidays

Libraries will be closed for Easter on the following dates :

• Saturday 3rd April
• Monday 5th April

Broxburn Library Refurbishment

Broxburn Library is currently closed, to allow for some modernisation work to create a more welcoming and modern environment. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but are pleased to announce that the mobile library will be visiting three times a week (weather permitting).
