Change on West Lothian buses

Alterations have been made on a variety of local bus routes, which are financially supported by West Lothian Council, as a result of a re-tendering exercise.

As well as changes of operators and timetable adjustments, a number of new funded and commercial routes have been introduced.

These include a two hourly Monday to Friday service between Linlithgow’s Friars Brae and Livingston with the Horsburgh 431 service, and a half hourly Monday to Saturday service, Horsburgh 557/558, serving West Calder’s Parkhead Crescent, Livingston and South Queensferry.

Full details are contained in the new 16th edition of the West Lothian Bus and Rail timetable, which will soon be available at Council Information Offices and libraries.
