Vandalism is a problem which West Lothian Council treats very seriously and has in place a number of initiative to tackle the problem.
Graffitti is probably the biggest form of vandalism which we have to deal with. Unsightly graffitti and fly posting can have anumber of negative effects on a community . As well as costing a lot of money to remove, they can have make streets and other public places look neglected and attract further anti-social behaviour and vandalism.
