Street Trader Hygiene Standards
People who operate or, intend to operate, a food stall or vehicle need to ensure they know how to comply with food safety law. The Street Trader Hygiene Standards, (document for download below) prepared by Environmental Health Officers from all of the Lothian and Borders councils, gives advice on compliance and good practice
