Skips Permits
If you wish to hire a skip then you must obtain a permit from the Roads Maintenance Department within the Council.
- Skip Hire Permits from 1st April 2013 will be charged at £17.08
A skip permit can only be issued to the skip company.
The preferred method for obtaining a skip permit is via email. Please contact us directly via roadworks@westlothian.gov.uk for your skip permit. We will then issue you with an invoice.
If unable to email, permits can also be collected by the skip company at Roads Maintenance, Guildyhaugh Depot, Blackburn Road, Bathgate, EH48 2EB
